These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Tiki Codex mobile application ("the app"), published by Serenity Global Solutions ("we," "us," "our"). By downloading, purchasing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. License

Tiki Codex is licensed, not sold, to you. Subject to these Terms and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on Apple devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Purchase

Tiki Codex is a paid app available for a single one-time purchase of $9.99 USD (pricing may vary by region and is set by the App Store). Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. There are no subscriptions and no in-app purchases. All purchases are handled by Apple and are subject to the App Store Terms and Conditions. Refund requests are handled by Apple, not by us.

3. Eligibility & Responsible Use

Tiki Codex is rated 17+ and presents recipes for alcoholic beverages. You must be of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction (21+ in the United States, 18+ in many regions) to purchase ingredients, prepare, or consume the cocktails described in the app. Always drink responsibly and never drink and drive. You are solely responsible for your own consumption and for complying with all applicable laws.

The AI Tiki Oracle generates responses using artificial intelligence. Its answers may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation and are provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. Do not rely on the Oracle for medical, legal, dietary, allergy, or safety decisions. Verify ingredients and quantities independently, especially if you or your guests have allergies or dietary restrictions.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

All recipes, lore, text, artwork, and design in the app are owned by or licensed to Serenity Global Solutions and are protected by intellectual property laws. Cocktail recipes reflect a range of historical and modern sources and are provided for personal reference; tiki recipes vary widely between bars and eras.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the AI Oracle will always be available.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Serenity Global Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of the app, including the preparation or consumption of any beverage. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app.

9. Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the app. We may suspend or terminate access to the AI Tiki Oracle service if you violate these Terms. You may terminate at any time by deleting the app from your device.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted at this URL with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which Serenity Global Solutions operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
